Appearantly, Jokerit is a kind of team that tends to underachieve after having had a good season. They have had this kind of tendency for several years and it shouldn't surprise me if it occurs again. They were close to winning the title two years ago, while the last season was very disappointing. So, it's really no surprise that they are expected to do well in this years competition, where they and Karpat are favourites to win the league. They have won their first three games with an impressing goal dif. by 13:6 and are currently in first place, which, by the way, is welldeserved considering the strength of their squad. Lahti, on the other hand, is one of the weakest teams in Finland, that are usually placed at the bottom of the table. And since, their squad doesn't look stronger from last years, I cann't see them being able to improve their performance. Besides, considering that Jokerit have already beated top teams like IFK Helsinki and Karpat, they must be in great shape and shouldn't get any troubles beating poor Lahti.
